School is over! So now I am home and now I miss it. Argh!

I turned in my final portfolio and that went over rather well with my teacher. She ld me that she saw a "dichotomy" in my work and that I still really hadn't found my voice yet. So that is something that I would like to work on over the summer. Not that I really have any idea how to go about doing that. She did say I had excellent technique which was really encouraging.

Now I am on the hunt for a summer job. I really need and want one, but my parents are pressuring me so much that I have lost all motivation to go looking for one. I really want the money to either upgrade to the D300 or buy a MacBook.

Also, If you haven't yet, Go see Prince Caspian! It was amazing!

i tend to do most of my shooting towards sunset, which, while not quite as good as sunrise, is still good lighting.

Yes, plenty of practice. I generally leave home at about 3.30am each saturday morning to go and take photos at a different location. I have only had my camera for about 4 1/2 months and I am really hooked on photography.

College rocks!

Not.

We are at the end of the semester and things are crazy busy right now.

By the way, don't worry about the defense. It was seriously the easiest part of the entire experience for me. The waiting to hear is kinda stressful but everyone passes, even if there are some contingencies.
